Tailored 1 to 1 Coaching
Because you and your grief journey is unique, your coaching experience will be too. I won’t be fitting your coaching into a generic model; I will tailor and personalise your coaching experience to what will specifically work for you.
My role isn’t to “fix” you (you don’t need fixing!). It’s to walk alongside you, empower you and guide you to rediscover your identity and direction. For me, coaching is as important as physical fitness and a healthy diet. Coaching is future focussed and is a great way to look after your mental and emotional health.

What People Say
Kathryn E White
Author/Medical Writer
I really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Gayle. I felt she really listened to what I had to say, and I particularly appreciated her ability to repeat back what she had heard. Gayle has a wonderful ability to explain things in such a calm and reassuring way that also makes sense, and to ask questions sensitively to draw out the answers.”

“I had never considered coaching; I am not ‘one of those people’. However, with changes in my family on the horizon, I decided to give it a go, I am so pleased I did. Coaching/Gayle has helped me to focus on things that are important to me, she made some great suggestions, things I would not have thought of. Gayle is calm, approachable and reads people well, she brought me back to topics that I was ‘skirting’ around and worked with me at what I want out of life. As a complete sceptic, I am now completely converted, my friend is already speaking to Gayle!”
Maria Jonsson
“I have found coaching with Gayle incredibly useful. She effortlessly created a space where I felt safe and supported to reflect on challenges and goals. I appreciated Gayle’s calm, caring and professional approach and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Coach.”
Mark Stokes
“I have spent most of my career working in a largely male dominated environment and was sceptical about the value of coaching, but Gayle very quickly put me at ease and showed me how effective it can be.
She is attentive, calm and has a gentle, reassuring manner which made it easy to open up to her.
Gayle has helped me both with personal and professional issues and I would have no hesitation recommending her to friends and family.”
Zoe Britton
"Gayle was patient, sincere and understanding in her approach in getting me to talk and discuss about my issues. She made me feel comfortable and I was never judged.
Gayle has taught me so much to able to better manage my social anxiety and teach me that there is no point worrying over situations that I can’t control."
